Nucleic acid preparation
Our high quality DNA and RNA extraction services utilise both well-proven technologies (commerically available and based on our own IP) to deliver a professional, customised extraction service. Project needs are met by preparing samples from virtually any starting material.

The service portfolio includes:

The same reagents we use for delivery of our high-quality, cost-effective laboratory services are available for use in our customer's laboratories worldwide.

KASP assays
The proprietary KASP assays for detection of SNPs and InDels is available in two formats using our On Demand service for a fully validated and optimised set of primers and the By Design service in which primers are developed and optimised in silico prior to shipment.

KASPar mastermix
The KASPar mastermix contains our unique KlearTaq Hot-start Taq polymerase combined with optimised reaction buffer and dNTPs required for genotyping using our KASP assays. We also offer a range of mastermix solutions (KlearKall) which can be employed to reduce costs with existing chemistries including Taqman®. KlearTaq and KlearTaq Hifi Our KlearTaq and KlearTaq Hifi Hot-start Taq polymerases provide highly flexible, robust and efficient enzymes for use in PCR applications.
