Kbioscience will guarantee the quality of material and workmanship
according to the following conditions
The warranty or service contract is non-transferable and void if any attempt has
been made by any person not authorized by Kbioscience to dismantle or repair any
part of this product. Kbioscience is not liable for any consequential damages.
Damage due to improper handling (i.e. failure to follow instructions, wrong voltage)
or chemical contamination, is not covered. Special care should be taken when
handling liquids such as DMSO to prevent contamination of the sensitive electronic
components.
Some parts are considered wear items and may not be covered under a service
agreement (i.e. vacuum cups, touch panel).
This service contract does not affect the customer's statutory rights.
Units out of contract will be subject to inspection to determine that the unit is in
good working order prior to the contract start date. The customer is responsible for
any costs associated with this inspection.
Kbioscience's liability is limited to the repair or replacement of the unit or refund at
Kbioscience's discretion.
