DNA Sample Plate Data
KBioscience will need to know your plate layouts, barcodes, empty wells and
optional subject IDs.
Should you wish to keep your subject ID's confidential then please just use plate and well locators.
There are several ways to send your plate information. Please use the method that suits you..

When you save the Excel file, you will be prompted for
a new file name.
To use the template, double click on the downloaded sample_template_grid.xlt
Icon. Information about the required fields can be found in the template.
Please do not change the formatting
of the Excel document as it is fed directly into the KBiosciences laboratory
information management system. Any changes made to the formatting will
result in a delay to your order.
