Result Reporting
Your results will be emailed to you as soon as the genotyping is complete. The result file is a comma separated text file listing each of your samples with each SNP and its genotype. If your data is too large to e-mail we will post it to our secure webserver and send you the link to the download. It is also possible for us to upload data to your FTP site if this is required.
Your data may be visualised by downloading the SNPviewer PC tool. This will let you graphically view the clusters that group the allele calls.

for your viewing.

KBiosciences also offers a more advanced cluster viewer termed KlusterCaller which lets you graphically change calls yourself. It also allows you to run your own genotyping projects and interfaces easily with external LIMS software and plate readers.
