Free genotyping results cluster viewer
Your KBiosciences genotyping data may be visualised by downloading the SNPviewer PC tool. This will let you graphically view the clusters that group the allele calls.
This software will present your results on a treeview by SNP and master plate.
The plates may be clicked on to view the data. Calls can not be changed in SNPviewer.
If you need to change any calling then you need Klustercaller

Alternative formats
The SNPviewer tool has extensive exporting capabilities that allow you to export subsets of data or the data in a spreadsheet format with SNPs on the top and Samples down the side.
SNPviewer is Suitable for PCs running on windows NT, 2000, XP or Vista
minimum screen resolution 800 X 600.
Sorry but there is no Mac version.
Installation instructions
You will need administration rights on your PC to install this program. The window on the right should appear 2. Click the Open button |

If this happens carry on and then go back to step 1 again to install. 5. Click Next 3 times SNPviewer should now be installed Please see the Help pages for more information |
