Klustercaller is a semi automated calling software package for cluster based genotyping data. It is compatible with any plate reader and allows for the processing of one to 100’s of data files in one session. Data is imported from various file formats and viewable in an extremely user friendly Graphical User Interface. Each file is opened by a single click automatically calling the data where any user call modifications can be simply made. Data is viewable in any well format such as quadrants of 96 on a 384-well plate.
The software also possesses a number of analysis tools for improving both data quality and accuracy. Finally the data is exported in a database friendly user definable format.
Klustercaller can simply be used straight away to view and score clusters or
the more advanced features may be used to improve your analysis.
